Cobalt Digital has unveiled its lineup for NAB Show 2026, introducing a range of new products and updates across its IPMX and ST 2110 ecosystem, spanning standalone processors, audio monitoring, multiviewers, gateways and mini converters.

Among the highlights is the debut of the COBALT blueCORE range, a family of 1RU standalone signal processors designed to deliver multi-function signal processing in a compact form factor.

Colbalt Digital is also expanding its COBALT PACIFIC compression line with ST 2110 and IPMX output capabilities for the PACIFIC ULL-DEC software-defined broadcast decoder. The update enables simultaneous output over SDI and IP, with a built-in frame synchroniser delivering PTP-locked signals for ST 2110 workflows.

Additional enhancements include a DVB-S/S2 demodulator option for satellite signal decoding and pass-through over ASI and IP, as well as support for hybrid satellite-internet operation. This approach uses satellite for primary distribution and internet connectivity to recover lost packets, aligning with evolving spectrum requirements and supporting Ku and Ka band delivery.

Cobalt is also introducing fixed-function openGear cards aimed at cost-effective deployment with scalable, licence-based upgrades. The 9925-FSx frame synchroniser card supports expansion from a single path up to four, with optional audio processing for AES, MADI and DANTE 64. The 9981-LUTx colour processor card similarly supports scalable upgrades, with options including scaling, LUT processing, 4K support and logo insertion.
