ClareAssure provides dealers with continuous visibility into the health of home electronics solutions, including ClareHome, the first home automation system managed from the cloud and run on a Mac. Dealers can monitor virtually every aspect of the home, from network, servers, routers and various IP devices to the ClareHome, itself, and the systems it manages, and more.

At the heart of the Clare Controls monitoring solution is the ClareAssure network appliance taking a pulse of all the devices and systems on the home network. The network appliance gathers and forwards status and performance information to a secured portal where dealers have end-to-end visibility of all their ClareAssure deployed systems 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Dealers will receive email or SMS notifications from the ClareAssure portal, if and when, there is a critical issue that requires attention. By logging into the portal, the technician may quickly troubleshoot the situation using real-time and historical views to diagnose the causes. In many cases, the situation may be resolved before the end-user is even aware of an issue.

ClareAssure accommodates home electronics systems of any size, regardless of the number of devices and subsystems and is offered to dealers in multi-year plans.
