Chowmainsoft has released a Hubitat driver for Control4, adding thousands of devices to the control solution.

Hubitat is a home automation platform that offers a robust and flexible solution for smart home enthusiasts and professionals alike.

Unlike cloud-dependent systems, Hubitat emphasises local control, meaning that all automations and device controls are processed on the hub itself rather than relying on external servers. One of Hubitat’s standout features is its compatibility with over a thousand devices, supporting various protocols like Z-Wave, Zigbee, Matter and LAN-based devices.
