Chowmain Software & Apps has released a Lightwave RF driver, expanding on Control4’s smart home offering in the UK and EU regions using existing wiring.

Lightwave manufacture a wide range of retrofit smart lighting, power & HVAC solutions and now provide users with a new functionality with their Lightwave RF driver update.

Features of the updated Lightwave RF driver include a wire-free smart switch with a battery-based 2, 4, 6, 8 button keypad with tap, push and release-based integration, a battery-based motion sensor with ambient light sensor and new product and feature support.

In addition, added keypad bindings for tap, push/release for button pushes on smart dimmers and wire-free switches are also included.
