Chowmain Soft releases Yubii Home driver for Control4

Chowmain Soft has released a Yubii Home driver for Control4, providing integrations for Nice, FIBARO, Elero technologies and over 3,000 third-party devices through Z-Wave and WiFi protocols.

Yubii Home is a comprehensive home automation hub designed to centralise and streamline control of smart home devices. It notably supports Z-Wave technology, a leading wireless communication protocol specialised for home automation. Yubii Home supports a wide range of devices with its home automation hub including sensors, thermostats, remote controls, battery power solutions and more.

Integration into Control4 provides bi-directional control and feedback to Yubii-integrated devices to blind, light, HVAC, relay, sensor and keypad-based Control4 proxies.

Additionally, the Yubii driver includes auto-setup, binary sensors, support for remote events and variables for programming light, temperature or battery level changes.

Supported device types include remote, dimmer, multilevel switch, plug, temperature control system, roller shutter controller, colour controller, motion sensor, door sensor, window sensor, flood sensor, smoke sensor, heat sensor, CO sensor, light sensor and temperature sensor.
