Certified Cyber Solutions and Tigerpaw forge integration partnership

The cost of providing consistent, stellar service for your clients after the sale can prove to be a challenge. Building a recurring revenue model will keep your business profitable in all economies. The integration works by monitoring system or device failures using real-time bandwidth usage to monitor anomalies and potential security breaches that are interpreted and routed via an email or text message to the system integrator. Issues that cannot be fixed remotely are routed to a technician via a service order in Tigerpaw, and solved before the client ever knows a problem existed.
