The driver will simplify integration of the two systems, allowing installers to readily offer customers a streamlined, user-friendly whole home experience. Through a user’s Crestron control device, he or she can navigate their NuVo system, select zones and content, adjust volume, and more. The driver is available now for free download on the Crestron Integrated Partner Program page.

NuVo vice president of engineering Rick Kukulies comments, “Providing a seamless user-experience is an invaluable feature for any whole home system. It is a priority for NuVo to keep operation of our audio solutions sleek and simple, whether it is through our own apps or through control from a third party device. Crestron is renowned in this industry for the superior quality of their systems, and we are excited to have such a smooth and efficient way for installers to combine our high-fidelity audio with all that Crestron has to offer.”

“It has been a pleasure working with NuVo to deliver an interface which allows fluent integration with its powerful wireless audio system,” says Crestron director of business development Steve Samson.

“Our integration brings all systems and technology together on one platform to provide a simple and seamless integrated solution, enabling streamlined installation for dealers and an enjoyable experience for the homeowner.”

The NuVo Wireless Audio System is a high-fidelity wireless solution designed specifically for custom installers. Comprised of multiple interchangeable player options, the system is both scalable and flexible, allowing for wireless and wired configurations, and even including a hardwired professional series player option which powers three zones from one single rack-mountable unit. The system also includes built-in source variety through streaming internet radio and networked content, on top of input access for analog and USB devices.
