The all-new Horizon OTO is the first active soundbar in Leon’s award-winning Horizon Series, combining a dynamic audio platform with customization to provide picture perfect sound in any environment. See the Horizon OTO soundbar along with Leon’s entire line-up, on display at CEDIA EXPO 2013 in the Leon Speakers booth, #3620 from September 26-28, 2013.

“Before there was a category known as the ‘soundbar’, there was the Leon Horizon Series,” said Noah Kaplan, President of Leon Speakers. “From our earliest days, we set out to enhance the TV experience by offering a high-fidelity, custom-crafted audio solution to integrators that was built to match flat-panel displays. Now, we’ve taken that vision one step further. Not only is the new Horizon OTO soundbar custom built to match the display, but it offers 50 watts of power and easily connects to the TV and subwoofer with digital optical inputs and wireless outputs to give you the freedom to design it into any space. The future is bright for this product – it sets the stage for an entire suite of products to come.”

At the heart of the Horizon HzOTO soundbar is a high-fidelity 2x50W on board amplifier. The OTO AMP provides clean, distortion-free power enabling the highest level of output from the speaker. It features both an optical input (for Dolby Digital or PCM) and analog stereo inputs to easily integrate with other components. Its rear IR input jack and front panel IR receiver can be tied into any control system, while the front touch panel and included remote provide auxiliary control.

At less than 2-inches deep and only 4.5-inches tall, the Horizon HzOTO is purposefully designed for ultra slim TVs. Its small form factor and shallow depth make it ideal for modern displays in any environment, from living rooms to bedrooms and boardrooms. The sleek soundbar also features a new, enhanced audio platform, pairing 3″ aluminum cone woofers with cloth-dome tweeters to offer uncompromising, focused sound reproduction. The rear-ported design allows the speaker to develop impressive bass response down to 70Hz, unprecedented for the size of its enclosure. If more bass is a requirement, an internal wireless transmitter will pair with Leon’s new wireless subwoofer receiver (sold separately) to easily add any of Leon’s Aaros Series subs to the system.

The Horizon OTO bolsters Leon’s vision of blending art with audio by pushing the boundaries of performance and style. The cabinet is built-to-order, meticulously handcrafted from solid MDF and custom-tailored to match the exact width and finish of any display. It can be perfectly mounted on the wall or to any TV with Leon’s proprietary mounting brackets. Finally, the power of the Horizon soundbar can be realized in any environment, transforming the TV experience into an immersive Living Space Theater.
