KD-CATHD500Pro carries IR and RS-232 for controlling remotely located equipment. Ethernet ports allow 10/100 LAN Network extension.

The FatCat Series model KD-CATHD500Pro now offers support for HDBaseT Technology for the seamless switching and viewing of any source/input with any display/output, regardless of multiple output viewing relation. Key Digital’s new extender also offers built-in EDID control, which ensures a proper handshake between HDMI devices every time. The extender also features both Transmit and Receive IR, RS-232 and Ethernet for bi-directional control signals.
