CEDIA elects Board of Directors for 2025 to 2027 term
CEDIA has elected its Board of Directors for the 2025 to 2027 term with Henry Clifford from USA and Manojkumar Soni from India joining.
The slate was approved by 95% of those voting with a 56% increase in participation, the largest for a CEDIA Board election.

“Henry and Manojkumar bring unparalleled strengths in both business and technical expertise, which will greatly enhance our board’s ability to represent and serve our members around the world,” CEDIA board chairperson Alex Capecelatro says.

Henry founded Livewire in 2001 to simplify home technology in central Virginia. He has grown the company into the region’s largest integrator, acquired competitors and launched a commercial division. He served on the CEDIA Board of Directors from 2017 to 2019.
Manojkumar is a leading expert in AV, acoustics, automation and BMS solutions. With certifications like CEDIA ESC-D, CTS, THX, HAA and ISF he ensures AV4U’s projects meet international standards. Soni is actively involved in CEDIA India, serving as a core team member, accredited presenter, trainer and COI. He also contributes to global video standards through the CEDIA RP23 Working Group.
