In a gala event at Perth’s Burswood complex, this palatial charity home scooped the pool with the award for Best Display Home $700K & over, Golden Key Award Perth Display Home of the Year and overall Perth Home of the Year for 2010.

As runner up in the 2010 CEDIA Awards Special Project category, the home located in riverside suburb Dalkeith includes fully integrated smart home and entertainment solutions designed and installed by Surround Sounds.

Amongst specific comments from the HIA judges were “The home had a top quality fit-out throughout. The construction detail is exceptional with keypads painted to match backgrounds and remote activated lights in the cupboards.”
