CEDIA has announced the introduction of its new mobile app that enables CEDIA members to connect to the CEDIA online community on-the-go. It’s part of CEDIA’s ongoing commitment to offer programs that make it easier for members to connect with one another, both in their own region and worldwide.

The app has the same look, feel and navigation as the online community and will provide CEDIA members with a platform to discuss industry news, share ideas and provide advice to their peers. Features include discussion groups, private messaging, news and announcements and upcoming events. Members will also have access to a variety of downloadable resources available on the CEDIA online community.

All CEDIA members are automatically added to the online community and are given a unique user profile that can be personalised.

“CEDIA puts its members in the centre of a thriving community where connections are formed and new opportunities for growth can be tapped into. The mobile app offers greater accessibility to this thriving community, and we’re pleased to make this available to our members worldwide,” says CEDIA director of member engagement Jenny Scott.

The app, which is available on both Apple and Android devices, can be downloaded by CEDIA members by searching for ‘membercentric’ in the app store. Once membercentric has been downloaded, the member simply needs to search for CEDIA and log into their community profile.
