InfoComm International is calling for nominations for its Oceania regional awards program 2017, which recognises AV professionals in the region for their outstanding contributions, leadership and commitment to excellence.

Nominations are now being accepted in five categories, Oceania CTS Holder of the Year Award, Oceania Educator of the Year Award, Oceania Distinguished Achievement Award, Oceania Women in AV Award and Young AV Professional Award. Nominations must be submitted on or before 30 June 2017 and will be judged by an InfoComm regional awards committee.

InfoComm staff will also select the winner to take home a sixth category award, Oceania Volunteer of the Year Award.

“We are delighted to bring InfoComm awards this year to the Oceania region. It’s great that we are able to recognise achievements and commitment to the AV Industry. We hope this will encourage more AV professionals to further develop their skills, as well as inspire them to help educate their peers in this industry,” says InfoComm International senior director of development Asia-Pacific Jonathan Seller.

All winners will be announced and celebrated during the InfoComm Oceania awards ceremony on the first day of Integrate 2017 in Melbourne on 29 August.

“We look forward to the opportunity of presenting the InfoComm Oceania awards at Integrate, where we will come together as a whole industry to celebrate the individual’s success stories,” says Jonathan.

Details for each award category and respective nomination forms can be found at infocomm.org/awardsoceania.
