Bose to end cloud support for SoundTouch products in February 2026

Bose has confirmed that cloud support for all SoundTouch products will end on 18 February 2026. Until that date, systems will continue to operate normally, including access to cloud-based features via the SoundTouch app.

After support ends, users will lose access to integrated music services such as Spotify and TuneIn, along with multi-room playback functionality. However, SoundTouch speakers and systems equipped with Bluetooth, AUX or HDMI connections will remain functional for direct audio playback from compatible devices.
