Biamp’s Parlé X-Series mics win Red Dot Award for outstanding design quality
Biamp has won the prestigious Red Dot Award for its Parlé X-Series TCM-X and TTM-X Beamtracking microphones. In 2020, designers and companies from 60 countries entered more than 6,500 products into the Red Dot Award competition.
“The international Red Dot Award jury meticulously tested all the entries, assessing a wide range of characteristics including aesthetics, materials, level of craftsmanship, surface structure, ergonomics and functionality,” Biamp executive vice president corporate development Joe Andrulis says.
He adds that winning the award is a testament to Biamp’s product, manufacturing, and engineering teams.
“This award validates Biamp’s focus on relentless innovation and our mission to deliver superior audiovisual experiences to customers around the world,” he says.
Red Dot founder and chief executive Peter Zec congratulates Biamp on the award.
“The products won over the jury not only through their aesthetic, but also thanks to their incomparable functionality. With their designs, the award winners are setting new standards in their industry. I wish to congratulate them most sincerely on their success.”
