Balwyn High School has adopted the LCS910 Portable Recording Studio, distributed by IQBoard in Australia, into its curriculum.

The recording studio is a portable and versatile option in education facilities for classroom and event recordings. Its two PTZ cameras and multi-inputs allow a single operator to manage the whole setup with ease.

Balwyn High School has adopted the LCS910 studio into its classroom teaching style and productions and performances in the auditorium.

By using the studio in the classroom, teachers can identify student lapses in focus to adjust their teaching methods. A MiPro amp enables multiple microphone feeds from the classroom to the external video station while finalised recordings are uploaded to QuickView for on-demand access by teachers, students and parents.

The LCS910 system integrates seamlessly with existing AV equipment via 3.5mm and HDMI connections. The 4K auditorium camera connects to the studio via SDI which adds a third camera feed alongside the two included cameras. Recordings are also uploaded to QuickView for on-demand viewing.

The portable wireless design allows for flexible usage across environments and activities. Balwyn High intends on also using the LCS910 system for sporting events, student led projects, food technology, science experiments and art classes.
