Aurora Multimedia introduces the SmartSpeak beamforming microphone and control panel
Aurora Multimedia, distributed by AP Tech in Australia and New Zealand, has introduced SmartSpeak, an all-in-one beamforming microphone and control panel.
The SmartSpeak Series is available in 4” (RXT-4D/4DV) and 6” (RXT-6D/6DV) models. Compatible as a standalone panel or host panel, SmartSpeak combines a beamforming AES67 microphone with a full-featured control interface, all in a single device.

SmartSpeak features Auroroa’s WordGate technology, which uses voice intelligibility and SPL detection to trigger camera presets. This ensures that no false triggers occur from sounds like coughs, claps or background noises.
SmartSpeak is suitable for conference rooms, classrooms, courtrooms and council chambers.
