The Vega is designed to be the heart of your audio system; it essentially processes all your digital audio media and converts it to produce the highest possible fidelity playback. Equipped with multiple digital inputs such as USB, Optical and SPDIF, the Vega can be connected to a multitude of devices around the home. Connect your digital TV via the optical input to the Vega for 2-channel audio re-production with all your favourite TV shows and movies. The USB input is designed to connect to either PC or Mac so that you can enjoy high quality lossless music through your audio system. The Vega’s analogue outputs either through RCA or XLR, and can be connected to your existing amplifier.

There are six Flexible Filter modes that allow the end user to fine tune the overall sound signature to their preference. This optimises the system for different corresponding sampling rates that have been solely developed by AURALiC to optimise the listening experience, allowing the user to customise the filters to different music formats, sounds and personal preference.

The Vega also features a highly precise Femto Master Clock with a claimed clock jitter of 0.082 picoseconds. This ensures that the timing of the music is faithfully reproduced without any delay. One of the key features of the Vega is the ability to play back music encoded in either DSD-64 or DSD-128; this high quality digital format is firmly favoured by audiophiles and music enthusiasts alike.

The Aries serves as a “bridge” between music files on network storage or high quality online streaming services and the consumers’ DAC — enabling DACs for the first time to stream high-resolution music quickly and wirelessly in virtually any sampling rate, including DSD, Double-Rate DSD and DXD.

The Vega is designed to be used in tandem with the AURALiC Aries Wireless Streaming Bridge enabling you to stream high-resolution music quickly and wirelessly in virtually any sampling rate, including DSD, Double-Rate DSD and DXD. Bundled with AURALiC’s Lightning DS App, the app has the capability to fully control enabling you to browse your music libraries.

The AURALiC Aries Wireless Streaming Bridge is powered by AURALiC’s proprietary Tesla hardware, which includes a Quad-Core A9 processor running at 1GHz, with 1GB on-board memory and 4 GB of internal storage. The platform has a calculation ability of 25,000 MIPS, more than enough to decode a vast spectrum of audio formats, including AAC, AIFF, ALAC, APE, DFF,DSF, FLAC, MP3, OGG, WAV, WV and WMA, giving you endless format options for long-term file support far in to the future.

The AURALiC Aries Wireless Streaming Bridge supports several advanced functions such as on-device playlists that allow the control software to turn off during listening and complete support of multi-room functions that are not standard of Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) and DLNA systems, giving you a gapless multi-room solution for you to enjoy.

Each unit measures only 25cm x 20cm x 7cm and boasts a three inch OLED display with both systems featuring AURALiC’s Femto Clock. Made using oscillated crystal, the Femto Clock’s crystals heat up after powering on and minimises any jitters, giving you the ultimate listening experience.

The AURALiC Vega Digital Audio Processor supports all high-resolution music formats including DXD (352.8KS/s, 384KS/s in 32bit) as well as DSD stream at 2.8224MHz and 5.6448MHz. It boasts five digital inputs, including AES/EBU, coaxial (set of two), TOSLINK and USB peripherals. The balanced and single-ended analogue outputs can connect to a power amplifier directly, adjusting volume in digital precision without dynamic loss.

The inputs of the AURALiC Aries Wireless Streaming Bridge include Dual-Band high-speed Wi-Fi, Gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0 port, low jitter digital audio outputs: AES/EBU, Coaxial and TOSLINK. The USB audio host can deliver PCM from 44.1 to 384 KHz at 16-, 24- and 32-bit resolutions as well as DSD, Double-Rate DSD for compatible USB DAC. The other digital outputs are limited to 192 KHz at 24-bit in maximum according to S/PDIF standard.
