Audio-Technica releases the System 20 PRO digital wireless system
Audio-Technica has released its System 20 PRO, an easy-deployment, self-managing, plug-and-play 2.4GHz digital wireless system that overcomes many challenges of conventional wireless microphones.
With the ability to link up to five chassis (using the RJ12 cables), a stable, multichannel system can be achieved with the simultaneous use of up to 20 channels in high-density mode.

The System 20 PRO can remain docked in the half-rack chassis or operate remotely up to 100m away, connected via Ethernet-standard cabling. The System 20 PRO’s ATW-R1440 receiver also allows for easy installation and receiving of up to four transmitters.
Standard mode runs up to ten channels and 24-bit/48kHz digital audio operation delivers high-quality sound and received audio can be submixed within each receiver for situations with limited mixer input channels.
The wireless system transmitters have been paired with the receiver in advance, so each system is ready to use out of the box and offers all-day operation on a full charge. The transmitters are also available in bodypack and handheld microphone configurations, making them ideal for performance and presentation.
The Audio-Technica Wireless Management software ensures seamless setup and management, controlling multiple UHF, 2.4GHz and DECT wireless systems from a single screen. In addition, the System 20 PRO comes with AES-128 encryption.
The Audio-Technica website offers three bundles (each including a receiver and a combination of transmitters already paired out of the box): the ATW-1421 combo, the ATW-1422 bundle and the ATW-1423.
Up to five charging stations can be linked and powered by a single power supply. Other monitoring options are also available through the dedicated Audio-Technica Wireless Manager app or third-party software.
