Audio Networks and Dante join Just Add Power for ISE 2019
More news regarding ISE 2019: HD video distributor Just Add Power (J+P) has announced its tech line-up for this year’s exhibition. The expo, taking place in Amsterdam 5-8 February, will host J+P’s latest designs including the 3G+ 767DSS Dante enhanced sound system transmitter.
The exhibition will also see J+P showcase its 726TVI 2G/3G+ TVI and 709P2P 3G point-to-point PoE transmitters and the 3G Ultra HD over IP series Daisy Chain PoE receiver.
J+P sales team manager Taft Stricklin says, “At ISE, we’re making it easy to distribute video — and now audio — across spaces of any size, from the tiniest of houses to the largest stadium. To that end, we’ve taken a giant step forward since last year by bringing Dante and AES67 audio systems into the fold and allowing high-quality audio to be played everywhere throughout an installation. Furthermore, we’re introducing solutions that make system expansion easier and more cost-effective, increase installation flexibility and provide powerful tools for simple control and management.”
Legacy two-channel Dante and AES67 devices are backwards-compatible to the new 767DSS, they also offer higher performance with lower compression (bitrates of 176.4kHz and 192kHz)
The 726TVI transmitter will also be at ISE 2019, adding HD-TVI support to 3G HD-over-IP systems minus the TV-HDMI converter. The 709P2P transmitter distributes Ultra HD and 4K video with HDCP 2.2 over a single Cat5e cable, while also supporting all lossless audio formats and control endpoints with RS-232 and IR.
The Daisy Chain receiver (VBS-HDIP-3G 509POE ) distributes Ultra HD and 4K video over a single Cat5e cable without the need for fibre. Any PoE device can be connected with the onboard pass-through network port and a network soundbar, IPTV control, or a single display location can be expanded into a video wall.
ISE 2019 is 5-8 February at the Amsterdam RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre.
J+P is distributed in Australia by Avation.
