Airtame unveils the Airtame 3 for classrooms and meeting spaces
Airtame has unveiled the Airtame 3 for classrooms and meeting spaces, aiming to enhance collaboration with faster performance, simpler setup and a streamlined experience designed to keep shared environments running smoothly.
Airtame 3 combines wireless screen sharing and video conferencing with enterprise-grade reliability. It integrates directly with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Webex without requiring extra software, enabling users to simply walk in and connect. The upgraded architecture allows calls to start in under two seconds, custom backgrounds to load almost instantly and 4K screen sharing to run smoothly in demanding environments.

“We’ve always believed technology in shared spaces should feel invisible; it should just work. With Airtame 3, we’ve doubled down on that promise. It’s faster, easier to deploy and built to scale so IT teams and end users alike can focus on what actually matters, which is connection and collaboration,” Airtime co-founder Jones Gyalokay says.
The device connects to any display via HDMI and supports PoE+, providing a stable, hardwired setup and enabling new dual-screen functionality. This gives classrooms and meeting rooms the flexibility to display participants on one screen and shared content on another.
A major focus of Airtame 3 is reducing setup time. An added zero-touch deployment feature allows IT teams to configure and ship large volumes of devices before they’re opened, turning days of rollout work into minutes and significantly lowering labour costs.
Once installed, devices register instantly through a QR code and can be monitored, updated and troubleshot remotely through Airtame Cloud. Support for USB peripherals such as cameras, microphones and speakers further simplifies hybrid room setups by removing the need for additional PCs or specialised AV hardware.
The launch reflects Airtame’s broader vision of a unified platform that supports every shared-screen use case across education and the workplace. Whether presenting, joining calls, displaying content or sending alerts, Airtame integrates hardware and software into a single, consistent experience. Organisations can deploy Airtame 3 as dedicated hardware or use Airtame Virtual to enable the same functionality on existing computers, mixing both approaches across their estate.
Airtame’s flexibility also extends to its partnerships with Amazon, Neat, SMART and others, where Airtame software is pre-installed or easily run on select devices to ensure compatibility across leading education and meeting room technology.
“We’ve spent more than a decade working with schools and enterprises to understand what really matters in shared spaces,” Jonas says.
“People want technology that fades into the background so they can concentrate on teaching, learning and collaborating. Airtame 3 is powerful, reliable and designed to make every shared screen feel effortless to use.”
