The JK-IMD and JK-IMED offer advanced Digital Zoom and Pan Tilt technology that was previously only available on the most advanced and expensive surveillance systems.

Both models feature Panoramic 170° wide angle viewing, enabling people standing on the side and people with short/tall heights to be easily identified, or even someone who tries to hide.

The Digital Zoom & Pan Tilt technology also allows the user to see closer detail of visitors. Similarly, the Pan Tilt enables the user to change the camera angle in Zoom mode, while switching between any of the modes is only a matter of pressing a button.

Irrespective of prevailing light conditions you can now clearly see who’s at the door in strong sunlight or darkness of night – simply pressing the ADJUST button can make the view clearer. Until now this technology had been reserved for the most advanced surveillance type systems.

What will be a comfort to many users of security intercom systems is the Automatic Recording feature (JK-IMED) that records every time the CALL button on the door station is pressed. You can record up to 40 pictures and 10 can be protected from automatic overwriting. That means when the premises is unattended a record of callers can be recalled. The user can also elect Manual Recording that starts when the user presses the REC button.

Other outstanding features include an Advanced Night Security feature that when a call is received at night, the LED on the Door Station lights up automatically to send a clear colour image to the monitor. Similarly, you can monitor without being noticed by people around the entrance as the LED will not illuminate until communication is established.
