ADI launches Episode Business Music Solution for scalable commercial audio integration

ADI has introduced Episode Pro Audio’s Episode Business Music Solution (EBMS), a complete, interoperable audio platform engineered for small-to-medium commercial environments.

EBMS provides integrators with a unified suite of professional-grade components consisting of DSPs, amplifiers, mixers and wall plates that are designed to work together as a cohesive, scalable system.

Traditionally, commercial installations required mixing hardware from multiple vendors, often resulting in compatibility issues and limited service visibility. EBMS eliminates these challenges by delivering an integrated product line purpose-built for interoperability within the ADI ecosystem, including seamless compatibility with Control4, OvrC and RYFF streaming.

“There’s long been a gap in the market for a unified, high-performance commercial audio solution that’s easy for integrators to install, manage and expand,” ADI senior director of product management Michael Buratto says.

“With EBMS, we’re enabling our customers to deploy complete systems faster and maintain them more efficiently while leveraging existing ADI tools and platforms.”

EBMS components are engineered for reliability across commercial settings such as restaurants, gyms, salons and retail environments. The system supports applications ranging from ambient background music and multi-zone distribution to paging and announcement functions.

Integrators can configure systems using EBMS zone mixer/power amplifier combinations, dedicated amplifiers, front-end processors and PoE wall plate controllers, providing flexibility for projects of varying scale and complexity.

EBMS aligns with ADI’s Better Together ecosystem strategy, integrating seamlessly with complementary brands including Araknis, Luma, Binary and Control4. This interoperability streamlines system design, reduces deployment time and ensures consistent performance across the signal chain.

Through OvrC remote management, integrators gain visibility and control over installed systems, enabling remote diagnostics, firmware updates and troubleshooting to minimise on-site service calls and downtime.

“EBMS is a platform-level solution that allows integrators to pursue commercial opportunities with confidence, backed by ADI’s ecosystem and international support infrastructure,” Michael says.
