Audio Active brings the Signature SUB 1 and SUB 2 to CEDIA Expo

The SUB 2 drops to a staggering 7Hz with an impressive 112dB at 10Hz, 126dB at 60Hz. When connected to 240V, SUB 2 delivers 4,500W of continous power and 9,00W of peak power through its unique Power Factor Correction system.

Audio Active will also be unveiling its Anthem range of receivers – the MRX 300, 500, 700 and 900 – to an Australian audience at this year’s CEDIA Expo.

These top-shelf receivers are available from 80W per channel through to 140W (MRX 900) and are choc full of features, including:

• 9.1 channels of amplification with bi-amping capability on the MRX 900
• 7 channels of amplification on other models:
• Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Pro Logic IIz, DTS-HD Master Audio
• Critically acclaimed Anthem Room Correction (ARC) system
• Internet Radio via built-in ethernet port (except on MRX 300)
• Front and rear USB inputs play music from hard drive or memory stick (except on MRX 300)
• HD Radio (US MRX 700 only), Digital Audio Broadcast (EU MRX 700 only)
• 7 HDMI in / 1 out on MRX 900; 4 HDMI in / 1 out on other models
• 3-D support
• 1080p up-conversion with Deep Color support
• Latest-generation VXP broadcast-quality video processing on MRX 900
• Second 2-channel zone
• Optional Anthem dock for latest generation iPod/iPhone, remote controllable and with on-screen display
• For better sound, the dock uses the iPod/iPhone digital output instead of analog (except on MRX 300)
• Anthem’s hallmark user-friendly menus and easy operation.
