D-Tools will showcase its latest D-Tools Cloud capabilities at CEDIA Expo 2026, including AI-assisted workflows, mobile inventory management and an MCP server connecting D-Tools data with ChatGPT and Claude.

The Quote Assist tool can turn transcripts, emails, voice memos and notes into project plans and editable quotes, while Ask D-Tools allows users to query live business data using plain English.

D-Tools has also added inventory and asset management to its mobile app, allowing users to scan QR, UPC, EAN and ITF codes, serial numbers and asset IDs using a phone camera to receive, move, allocate and track equipment.

The company will also demonstrate its D-Tools MCP Server, which allows integrators to connect their D-Tools Cloud data with ChatGPT or Claude for natural-language queries and custom dashboards. The system is read-only and cannot modify or delete account data.

D-Tools will preview upcoming two-way QuickBooks Online synchronisation, allowing changes between the two platforms to update automatically, along with AI proposal templates that can create proposal designs using an integrator’s own branding, images, colours and fonts.

Other features on display will include enhanced sales reporting, updated drawing and documentation tools, AI-driven statement of work generation, margin-logic application, natural-language Product Library search, mobile scheduling and jobsite tools and Interconnect Diagrams for mapping device connectivity to the BOM and Product Library.
