ATEN International has launched the PresentON VP201 Wireless Dongle for conferences and PresentON VP200 Wireless Dongle for presentations, completing its wireless presentation ecosystem for meeting rooms and learning spaces.

The USB-C dongles pair with ATEN’s existing VP2020 and VP2021 wireless presentation switches, creating the new VP2020KIT 4K Wireless Presentation Switch Kit and VP2021KIT 4K Wireless Presentation Switch with Quad View Kit. The kits are designed to provide end-to-end wireless collaboration for corporate meeting rooms, huddle spaces and higher education environments.

The driver-free VP200 and VP201 feature plug-and-play USB-C connectivity, enabling users to wirelessly present from Windows, macOS and Linux devices without installing software. The system supports fast presenter switching with Full HD 1080p at 60Hz to deliver smooth, low-latency presentations.

Each VP2020 or VP2021 base unit can pair with up to eight VP200 or VP201 dongles, allowing multiple participants to join meetings wirelessly by simply connecting the dongle to their laptop or mobile device.

The VP201 also adds wireless BYOM functionality, enabling users to access in-room USB cameras, microphones and speakers with conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

The platform also supports USB touchback, allowing presenters to control their laptop directly from an interactive display or touchscreen without returning to their device.

“The debut of the VP201 and VP200 fully completes our Presentation Switch product line,” ATEN International senior vice president Nicholas Lin says.

“Whether deploying standalone setups or adopting our all-in-one VP2020KIT and VP2021KIT systems, ATEN now delivers truly comprehensive wireless BYOD/BYOM solutions, precision-engineered to fit any workspace, regardless of scale or complexity.”

Key features include:

  • New VP2020KIT and VP2021KIT wireless presentation solutions
  • Driver-free, plug-and-play USB-C connectivity
  • Support for up to eight paired wireless dongles per base unit
  • Wireless BYOD and BYOM functionality
  • USB touchback for interactive display control
  • Compatibility with Windows, macOS and Linux
  • Support for Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other major conferencing platforms
