Josh.ai has rolled out a series of integrations, extending its smart home control platform across climate, audio and access systems following updates unveiled at its recent keynote event.

The latest over-the-air updates focus on deeper system integration, allowing users to manage more devices and environments through a single interface.

One of the key additions is expanded support for Aprilaire S86 Thermostat, enabling users to control temperature, schedules and energy use through voice commands or the Josh app. The integration also supports multi-zone HVAC control, allowing room-by-room adjustments including fan speed and operating modes.

The update also strengthens compatibility with Shelly Bluetooth Sensors, enabling more advanced automation through occupancy and motion data. This allows users to trigger scenes based on real-time conditions, adding a more responsive layer to home automation.

In audio, Josh.ai has introduced integration with Blaze by Sonance amplifiers, giving users centralised control over distributed audio systems. The integration supports voice, app and touch-based control, aiming to streamline whole-home audio experiences.

Access control has also been expanded through integration with Level Lock, allowing users to manage home entry as part of the broader automation platform. The system is designed to combine discreet hardware with integrated control, simplifying deployment for installers while maintaining a consistent user experience.
