Vanco, distributed by Advance Audio Australia, has released the EVSP8K22 Evolution 8K HDMI 2X2 Switching Splitter, the latest product in the Evolution line.

Supporting video resolutions up to 8K@60Hz and 4K@120Hz over four channels of 10Gbps FRL for 40Gbps bandwidth, the EVSP8K22 design allows signal switching and splitting while preserving advanced video functionality.

The EVSP8K22 has two HDMI inputs and two HDMI outputs allowing users to split one source at a time into two displays and switch between sources using its front panel button or the included IR remote control.

The splitter supports optional HDMI features required to deliver high-performance graphics from real-time sources such as gaming consoles and computers including Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) and Fast VActive (FVA). It also supports a wide range of HDR formats, including HDR, HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision and HLG pass-through.

The EVSP8K22 also supports all leading HDMI immersive audio and surround sound formats, making this product an essential distribution component that integrates easily into any system design.

A built-in equaliser with advanced manual EDID management capabilities automatically detects connected device parameters. Both displays must have 8K resolution capability to maintain 8K resolution.
