CEDIA will be hosting the webinar ‘Recession Ready: Leaning into the Downturn’ to help integrators strengthen their businesses in the event of a recession.

Taking place on 17 May 2023 at 5pm, the webinar will have CEDIA’s senior director of technology and standards Walt Zerbe moderating a discussion between finance and management consultant Leslie Shiner and Livewire chief executive officer Henry Clifford.

“Consensus is building among economists that a recession is possible this year,” CEDIA global president and chief executive officer Daryl Friedman says.

“Our community is already resilient and with this webinar CEDIA will provide integrators with additional information they can use to prepare for the future regardless of what it holds.”

Drawing on insights from the 2008 downturn, Henry, Leslie and Walt will offer a guided business health checklist and highlight silver linings, pointing out business opportunities that are likely to emerge from the changes ahead.
