Midwich APAC has announced a new distribution partnership in Australia and South East Asia with video conferencing and communications manufacturer, INOGENI.

INOGENI offers a wide range of smart pro-AV solutions, including mixers, switchers and converters, designed to be compatible with well-known brands within the video and UC segment, such as Poly or Huddly, among others. In addition, INOGENI solutions have a proven solvency in terms of compatibility with the main soft codecs in the video conferencing market, including Zoom, Microsoft and Google Meet.

INOGENI has a great line of mixer and switcher products for up to 4 USB and HDMI multi-cameras application. Popular among the products is the INOGENI SHARE2U. This ‘Plug ‘n’ Go’ mixer can capture two picture-in-picture or side-by-side video sources in one video flow, perfect for enhancing the experience of collaborative meetings.

The device works with all popular soft codecs apps such as Zoom, Teams etc. and reduces hardware complexity and connections to the computer without the need for drivers or advance setup.

Video conferencing can be enhanced via PowerPoint presentations or other content, with the ability to cut between images from one speaker and a group, whilst having a separate camera focused on an interviewer. Vision switching is simple and can be achieved by bringing one camera into full screen mode while changing the source material of a second camera while off-screen.

The INOGENI’s TOGGLE USB 3.0 PRO AV switcher allows anyone in a conference room to access high-quality USB devices (cameras, microphones) in mere seconds. The TOGGLE is the first intelligent and controllable USB 3.0 BYOM switcher.

Midwich APAC’s chief operating officer, Sean Tobin, says they have found great success in partnering with INOGENI in New Zealand since 2021 and are thrilled to be expanding that partnership to Australia and South East Asia:

“With remote work now accepted as a norm in the business landscape, audiences are starting to expect bigger and better productions which surpass an individual captured on a webcam. The INOGENI range provides a solution to the market’s need for ease-of-use and compatibility with various operating systems.”

INOGENI chief revenue officer, Jeff Mayer, says Midwich offers a broad, international perspective on the latest AV trends, products and technologies: “Our collaboration will enable INOGENI to increase our brand’s presence within this important, broad territory, and we are confident that Midwich’s extensive network and expertise will be instrumental in better serving our customers there. This partnership represents a significant milestone for INOGENI, as it seeks to expand its reach and enhance its service offerings around the world.”
