Epson launches EH-LS500B laser projection TV

Epson Australia has launched its latest immersive 4K TV viewing experience in the Laser Projection TV1 and it represents a new generation of digital projection that redefines the everyday TV experience by offering a picture size up to 130”.

It boasts Epson’s 4K PRO-UHD2 3LCD technology, an advanced EH-LS500B ultra short throw laser projector along with an ultra HD ambient light rejecting screen to produce vivid colours and deep blacks for an exceptionally bright, colourful and sharp picture in virtually any viewing environment.

A unique lens allows setup just a half metre from any wall for an image up to 130” in size that does not detract from the home’s design or interior.

The EH-LS500B projector comes with a three-year warranty  and lets users enjoy three-times brighter colours and reliable performance with Epson’s 3LCD and three-chip technology.

Its laser technology provides up to 20,000 hours of virtually maintenance free operation, with the added benefits of higher image contrast and instant ON/OFF and ultra-bright Images of 4,000 lumens colour and 4,000 lumens white.

A dedicated 4K enhancement processor used Epson’s advances pixel-shifting resolution-enhancement technology to give an exceptional 4K visual experience. It can also give users a more realistic and natural image with a dedicated full 10-bit HDR processor, using 100% of the HDR source information.

An Epson Smart Media Player is included in the box so users can enjoy all of their favourite streaming channels and a remote with voice search capabilities. It also offers a range of connectivity options through HDMI ports as well as two built-in 10W speakers.
