Biamp’s award-winning TesiraFORTÉ product is now certified for Microsoft Teams. This gives Teams users professional audio quality in both medium and large conferencing spaces.

When combined with the Sennheiser TCC2 microphones, Biamp becomes a plug-and-play solution for upgrading audio quality in Microsoft Teams.

“Achieving Microsoft Teams Rooms certification uniquely positions Biamp to serve the needs of our customers,” Biamp executive vice president Joe Andrulis says.

“As a certified DSP, Tesira is easy to deploy, delivering professional-grade AV faster and more efficiently for enterprises using Microsoft Teams Rooms in medium and large meeting spaces.”

Microsoft is encouraged by the latest certification. Microsoft Teams partner director Ilya Bukshteyn says.

“Certified DSPs enable Microsoft Teams Rooms to deliver superior audio experiences, compatibility and reliability in a broad range of rooms and complex environments, including customised environments such as executive boardrooms and multi-purpose rooms,” Ilya says.

Tesira also supports bidirectional mute synchronization to share mute or unmute commands with Microsoft Teams Rooms. This lets the system display a red or green indicator depending on the microphone status or can pass commands to the overall system with the push of a button.

Additional solutions are currently in the process of being paired with Microsoft Teams Rooms.
