Leading Ultra HD over IP video distribution supplier Just Add Power (J+P) is set to debut its 726TVI 2GΩ/3G+ TVI Power over Ethernet (PoE) transmitter. The transmitter will be released at ISE 2019 and allows a cost-friendly addition of HD-TVI sources to a 4K system. ISE will be held in Amsterdam 4-8 February.

J+P sales team manager Taft Stricklin says, “HD-TVI sources such as security cameras and DVRs are increasingly finding a place in today’s 4K video distribution systems, and integrators have been asking for a solution to incorporate them without the added expense or design complexity of a converter. Providing integrators with more flexibility, the latest addition to our 4K platform is specifically designed to meet this need.”

The 726TVI 2GΩ/3G+ TVI transmitter eradicates need for a TV-HDMI converter in the IP video distribution chain and adds TVI support to J+P’s 3G HD over IP system. Integrators can be flexible with adding an HD-TVI source to its 4K infrastructure, featuring line-in for custom audio embedding, USB 2.0 for pass-through cam control and local HDMI pass-through.

Onscreen customisation includes push, pull and pop options for video imaging. The 2GΩ/3G+ TVI solution suits application requirements that allow integrators to build a future-proof infrastructure.
