Following the release of the Sopra N°1 and N°2 loudspeakers, Focal has announced it will be launching the biggest in the range, the Sopra N°3 at the Australian Hi-Fi show in Melbourne on 21-23 October.

The three-way bass-reflex floor standing loudspeaker is designed to make a visual impact as well as delivering a powerful acoustic.

Focal describes the sound as a prodigious yet controlled bass and all the clarity and delicacy that complex music demands.

Manufactured in France, the speaker features a Beryllium tweeter boasting a light but rigid dome.

Much like the rest of the Sopra range, the N°3 is available in a wide range of finishes, suitable for a range of indoor integrations.

The three models in the Sopra range all share the same technologies and core R&D as the more upmarket Grand Utopia loudspeakers, the main difference being the size and scale. There are also three additional models intended for home cinema expansion.
