Legrand has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Luxul Wireless, Inc. (Luxul), an IP networking provider for professionally-installed, custom integration systems for residential and small-to-medium business (SMB) markets.
The explosive growth of IoT devices and automated systems throughout residential and SMB markets has created great demand for high-performance networks like those from Luxul.
Luxul will now enable Legrand to capture this growing market demand.
