Australian AV distributor Hills has signed an agreement with American loudspeaker manufacturer Community Professional Loudspeakers for exclusive Australian and New Zealand distribution rights.

The latest additions to the Hills AV product portfolio will include a range of indoor and outdoor loudspeakers designed to be attractive yet unobtrusive while offering great musical sound quality and clear voice intelligibility.

“Community Professional Loudspeakers is a perfect addition to the Hills AV product portfolio. The premium range of ceiling, column and surface mount speakers, along with the extensive resources for specifiers, provides consultants and our dealers complete end-to-end solutions for any project requiring highly intelligible sound reinforcement” said Hills head of AV Dan Fletcher.

With a dedicated AV team, engagement with consultants, strong penetration in the installation market and a comprehensive range of complementary audio brands like Biamp, Williams Sound and Hitachi, the partnership with Hills AV presents solid growth opportunities for the Community brand.

“We’re very excited about partnering with Hills. Not only because of the substantial sales structure and logistics resources across Australia and New Zealand but because the company shares Community’s philosophy for providing a high level of technical support and training. ANZ is an important market for us, so I’m really looking forward to working with Hills to better serve our customers in the region.” says Community Professional Loudspeakers chief executive Steve Johnson.
