The DaVinci Group, LLC announced it will launch a series of updated in-ceiling speakers under its Vanguard Dynamics brand. The new models are part of the popular Edgeless Design Series and represent a significant upgrade over previous versions of the same speaker models.

The updated product series includes three new 6½-inch models: the EDC-600, EDC-601, and EDC-602. Each of these in-ceiling speakers feature the company’s popular Edgeless grill design in which a very thin metal grill is attached magnetically for a smooth, sleek, almost invisible design. It’s called Edgeless because, unlike other in-ceiling speaker grill designs, there is virtually no visible edge when the speaker is properly installed.

EDC-600

EDC-601

• 6½-inch, 2-way in-ceiling speaker
• Edgeless magnetic speaker grill design using strong, long-lasting Neodymium magnets
• 6½-inch polypropylene woofer
• 1-inch soft dome tweeter
• +/-3dB tweeter trim control
• 5 watts – 80 watts/channel power handling range
• 88dB sound pressure level efficiency
• 49Hz-20kHz frequency response

EDC-602

• 6½-inch, 2-way in-ceiling speaker
• Edgeless magnetic speaker grill design using strong, long-lasting Neodymium magnets
• 6½-inch aluminum woofer
• 1-inch aluminum pivoting tweeter
• +/-3dB tweeter trim control
• 5 watts – 100 watts/channel power handling range
• 88dB sound pressure level efficiency
• 48Hz – 20kHz frequency response
