Crestron continues to expand its presence across the globe with the opening of its new Australia/New Zealand headquarters in Chatswood, Sydney and regional offices interstate in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Canberra and Auckland. The headquarters houses a training facility, sales operations, customer support, technical support, and a new state-of-the-art Crestron Customer Experience Centre. The Experience Centre is the perfect setting to demonstrate the power and capabilities of Crestron technology and host customer events.

“The opening of the new headquarters demonstrates Crestron’s commitment to the Australia/New Zealand market,” said Crestron CEO Randy Klein. “With the rapid growth of the region over the last several years, the creation of a permanent office in Australia was necessary to support customers and partners.”

Customers will now have direct access to Crestron customer programs (A+ Education Partners, Consultant, Government, and Enterprise), Dealer Rewards, and sales and marketing resources. “The office is an extension of everything amazing we do in the U.S.,” added Klein.

“All of our customers in Australia and New Zealand can look forward to even further engagement and enhanced services,” said Crestron executive director Asia Pacific Stuart Craig. “We believe the Crestron platform is second to none in terms of capability and functionality across vertical markets, including corporate, education, hospitality, government, and healthcare markets. This direct presence will help us support all our customers with the partnership they need to grow their business well into the future.”

Industry veteran, Dave Rashleigh has been named general manager of the Australian business, and Ben Fraser continues his many years of service to Crestron customers in New Zealand taking on the role of general manager Crestron NZ.

“We’ve had tremendous success over the last ten years, and we continue to see potential for more growth in Australia and New Zealand,” added Craig. “The new office allows us to build the market, promote the Crestron brand, and provide the region with a new level of support that Crestron is known for in the global market.”
