Meridian announces the appointment of Noisy Motel, effective April 1, 2015, as a distribution partner for its line of personal audio products including the award-winning Explorer² USB DAC—the world’s first MQA-ready product.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, Noisy Motel was founded by Billy and Eleni Mavrovouniotis in 2010. Commenting on the new partnership, Billy said, “We are very excited about this opportunity to represent Meridian’s outstanding personal audio products in the market. The announcement of MQA and the streaming partnership with Tidal has created tremendous excitement within the head-fi industry here in Australia and we are eagerly awaiting its debut.”
