Panorama 2 dramatically boosts home cinema audio without filling your living room with speakers. It significantly improves on the class-leading performance of the original Bowers & Wilkins Panorama, and adds features and enhances connectivity, while keeping the original’s subtle, curved design.

The EISA judging panel concluded: “Bowers & Wilkins’ Panorama 2 clearly carries the brand’s audio heritage – this is a high-end soundbar with a remarkably smooth, detailed and nuanced performance that constantly impresses. Within its curved and well-built chassis are nine newly-designed drivers powered by Class D amplifiers, arranged to ensure a wide dispersion so that no one misses out on the action.

“Connectivity on the Panorama 2 is extensive, with a trio of HDMI inputs and an ARC-compatible HDMI output making it easy to hook up a Blu-ray player, console, set-top box and your flatscreen TV. With its Panorama 2, Bowers & Wilkins has delivered the perfect mix of style, convenience and audio quality.”

The award-winning Panorama 2 uses technologies developed for Bowers & Wilkins high-end speakers to bring a new level of performance to soundbars. Completely new Bowers & Wilkins-engineered drive units significantly improve acoustics on a product that already set the standard for soundbar audio.

The sleek and rigid cabinet of Panorama 2 houses nine new bespoke drive units, powered by six class D amplifiers and backed by the latest in digital amplification and Digital Signal Processing (DSP). The result is unprecedented audio quality for a soundbar, and an immersive home cinema performance with a large “sweet spot”, so everyone gets to experience the movies with surround sound effects. Panorama 2 isn’t just easy to listen to, it’s easy to use thanks to its new proximity-sensing display. Left alone it fades to black, but wave your hand over the display to gain instant control of its intuitive menus.

Panorama 2 sets new standards for soundbars. It dramatically boosts TV audio performance, while offering comprehensive connectivity and control. That’s why EISA has judged it European Home Theatre Soundbar 2013 -2014.
