According to Amber Technology general manager of lifestyle entertainment Phil Simmons, “The decision to change our direction with products such as those branded Axium was not taken lightly, but adds a level of excitement as we introduce more products under the Accent brand.”

“Amber has been ambassadors in Australia for the Axium brand for many years and have seen it through many successes. Our customers now demand a different product mix. Maintaining the professional integrity of Amber Technology and its position at the forefront of the custom industry is paramount. This means our product mix needs to move with the ebb and flow of technology enhancements and the demands and expectations of our valuable dealers.”

“Maintaining the right product mix is paramount in our go to market strategy, and we are fortunate to have some of the best brands in the world with fantastic supplier/distributor relationships. We like to think that at any one time, we have the best products available for any purpose in the markets we service.”

Amber’s custom division is currently experiencing continued growth and prime market share with its Integra receiver and Sonance architectural speaker ranges, with manufacturers ranking as the number one preferred choice of brands among Australia’s integrators and custom AV installers.

Amber has also recently acquired exclusive distribution rights for Niveo Professional and Middle Atlantic Products in Australia.
