AURA Light has many advantages over other concealed lighting scenarios as it is paper thin and flexible. AURA Light is only 0.6mm thick and can be bent, cut and even folded flat to a right angle without damage as it has no filament to break so the light never fails. The unique split electrode technology allows for extraordinary lengths of the product to be used while maintaining brightness and an absolutely consistent light for the entire length. AURA Light is cool to touch with negligible heat emission so
there is no adverse affect to adhesion properties. Unlike the “spiky” effect of LED options AURA Light emits an even, radiant glow that makes it easy to look at and pleasing to the eye.

AURA Light is an Electroluminescent(EL) light source also known as Light Emitting Capacitor(LEC). It produces light where phosphor crystals are stimulated by being exposed to an electric current. The product is available in 12mm(1/2”) and 24mm(1”). The 12mm is ideal for concealed under stair, skirting and walkway lighting while the 24mm creates beautiful accent lighting for bulkheads, pelmets and coffered ceiling applications. AURA Light tape has a 3M® high strength adhesive backing so installation is a quick and simple operation.
