The Sanus Install Tool Kit is a tool that makes it easy to find compatible mounts for any flat-panel TV and get help with installation. Using the kit’s MountFinder feature, users simply enter the make and model of the TV they wish to mount, and the MountFinder tool instantly displays all compatible Sanus mounts. Results are categorised by motion type (full-motion, tilting, low-profile or specialty mounts) and colour-coded for quick reference. Users can choose to read more about each product, including a full description, a list of features and specifications, email it to a friend, or save it in MyNotes.

For help with installation, users can click on the Install Tool Kit’s HeightFinder feature, or access it directly from the MountFinder tool after making a product selection. In the HeightFinder tool, users are given the exact drilling hole locations needed for installing the mount.

Colour-coded diagrams further illustrate the information. For customised installations, users can specify how high they would like their TV installed from the floor, as measured from the TV’s top, centre or bottom. Users can even specify offset requirements if the mounting holes on the back of their TV aren’t centred.

Another great feature of the Sanus Install Tool Kit is the built-in ProSet digital bubble level. The ProSet level is a great tool, not only for TV mount installation, but for any project requiring a level. Unlike traditional bubble levels which only measure true level, the ProSet level can be calibrated to any surface. This is helpful for aligning objects with their surroundings, even if those surroundings aren’t perfectly level.
