Much like how Madison Technologies started distributing assistive technology for the hearing impaired, Amber Technology is now dealing in the space.

Amber Technology has signed a deal to distribute Contacta Systems products in Australia and New Zealand.

Contacta Systems specialises in unique solutions designed to improve everyday living and customer service experiences for people with hearing difficulties.

Its range includes hearing loops for application in public spaces and private homes, speech transfer products for an efficient and safe customer service interaction as well as queue management systems and secure transfer units.

Amber Technology managing director Peter Amos says Contacta Systems range is a complementary fit with Amber Technology’s growing portfolio of commercial and residential AV solutions.
