Origin Acoustics has announced its new audiophile home theatre in-wall series called ‘The Theatre Collection’.

The series has two towering models, the THTR66 and THTR68, which are shipping now.

Origin Acoustics is represented in Australia by Synergy Custom.

The collection is designed for integrators seeking the ultimate in high-performance in-wall speakers for their client’s theatre systems, enabling a simple 5.1 surround sound set up to a high end Dolby Atmos system.

The American manufacturer will be displaying the new series at Integrated Systems Europe 2016.

“ISE Show visitors will be blown away with the THTR66 and THTR68 audiophile grade performance,” says Origin chief executive Jeremy Burkhardt.

The Theatre Collection uses larger woofers and midrange drivers than any design Origin has engineered before. Quad six-and-a-half-inch drivers partner with a DPSD 1″ tweeter to deliver the accuracy and sonic linearity that was once only reserved for the world’s finest floor-standing box speakers.

Listeners will be able to enjoy high-end audio quality from speakers that are virtually invisible to their eye for a great movie watching experience.
