Loewe signs on with Indi Imports
Melbourne-based Indi Imports is a young company but has taken over key brands in Australia over the past 12 months, including Canton, Cyrus, Elipson and Q Acoustics.
Loewe is known as the inventor of TV, with the world’s first TV in 1923, and now has a range of OLED TVS technically mastered to outlast other brands.
“We at Indi Imports are honoured to now distribute Loewe, the inventors of TV since 1923. Loewe, like all brands we distribute, holds a very dear place in the structure of Indi Imports. As I personally sold Loewe for over nine years in retail, I know the focus and direction this brand requires. Indi will work hard to restore confidence and brand awareness to the public, which unfortunately has suffered for a few years now,” says Indi Imports managing director Paul Riachi.
The Loewe range will be available from the middle of October, featuring style, stature and quality that are second to none.
“The decision to go with Indi Imports was quite straight forward and simple. Paul’s passion and love for our product is paramount to the success of our brand. Not only is he driven and focused but his company, Indi Imports, have a team of professionals who know how to market and execute our product in Australia,” says Loewe Technologies international sales manager Ulf Kaempfer.
“We wanted to now place Loewe in the hands of a capable and retail driven business that understands the TV market. This decision has been in the making now for over several months, and Indi Imports in our eyes are the best and most suited company now and for the future growth of Loewe.”
Loewe Technologies chief executive and co-owner Mark Hüsges says the company is very happy that with Indi Imports it has found a qualified partner for both retail and distribution.
“For many years the team at Indi Imports have been known for their excellent reputation in the industry. The high end home entertainment systems of our Loewe premium brand will enhance the consumer electronics range throughout Australia in terms of design and form.”
